GO-TO-MARKET FOR INFRASTRUCTURE SOFTWARE

The marketing function your company hasn't hired yet.

Pryus runs go-to-market for B2B data protection, storage, security and networking vendors selling into the United States — ICP, positioning, campaigns and execution — delivered by people who sold these products before.

Most companies our size have three marketers and a revenue target that assumes thirty. We are the function in between.

We learned this inside the category.

Our operating years were spent at security, storage, virtualization and networking vendors — building and selling the products your buyers are already running. We know what a VP of Infrastructure is measured on, what a storage administrator actually cares about at renewal, and which claims a CISO has stopped reading.

Why Pryus

Why founders bring us in.

We have sold what you sell.

Our team's operating years were spent inside security, storage, virtualization and networking vendors: Symantec, Veritas, VMware, Ribbon Networks, Carbonite. We do not need a discovery phase to learn your category.

We write for technical buyers.

Infrastructure buyers delete marketing copy on sight. Knowing which claims read as credible to a VP of Infrastructure, and which read as noise, is the difference between a 1% and a 6% reply rate.

Strategy and execution, not one or the other.

A positioning deck nobody runs is worth nothing. A campaign built on unclear positioning is worth less. We do both or neither.

A function, not a headcount.

You get ICP work, positioning, copy, content, email, LinkedIn and reporting for less than the loaded cost of one mid-level hire.

Run on our own platform.

Meso AI, our multi-agent GTM platform, does the mechanical work. That is why a small team can carry a full marketing function, and why output does not change when the account team does.

Decision gates, not lock-in.

Engagements carry written go / amend / no-go points. Stop at a gate and you keep everything produced up to it.

Execution Framework

Four intersecting disciplines. One revenue engine.

Offerings

Three things are for sale.

01

GTM Diagnostic

Fixed fee · two to three weeks · from $5,000

An evidence-based ICP and a defined negative ICP. Three ranked positioning options with a recommendation. A dated 90-day campaign plan. It ends in a written document your board can read — and it is yours whether or not you continue.

02

Managed GTM Engine

Monthly retainer · from $4,000/month

We run the plan. Contact lists built cold and warm, copy and content produced in your voice, email and LinkedIn sequences executed, engagement harvested back into scored leads with a written brief on each one, and a report against target every Friday.

03

Performance component

Optional · agreed before launch

A meetings-held component on top of the retainer, with qualification criteria written down before the first send. Used to lower the risk on a first engagement.

We do not sell leads by the unit, seats, headcount or software licences. Pass-through costs — data credits, sending platforms — are billed at cost, typically $400–700 a month.

Execution is never sold before the diagnostic is delivered and accepted.

Meso AI · Delivery infrastructure

The platform behind the work.

Meso AI is our own multi-agent platform. It handles the mechanical parts of go-to-market — research, list building, scoring, drafting, sequencing, reporting — so that the judgment stays with people who have sold in your category. You are not buying software and you will never log into it. It is why our price looks the way it does.

The New Era of Marketing: From Reinvention to Reconsideration

AI is not another tool bolted onto marketing — it changes how work gets done, how customers discover brands, and what leaders are measured on. The winners of the next era will rethink their operating model, take a zero-based view of channels, and elevate the CMO from operator to market-shaping strategist.

  • Rewritten Journey

The CMO in 202X: AI Is Rewriting the Future of Marketing Leadership

2026 is not a year for incremental marketing adjustments — it is a year for reinvention. The new CMO mandate: build AI-native organizations, redesign customer engagement for a world where humans and machines both influence decisions, and step up as enterprise strategists with a sharper point of view on growth.

Why AI Is Making Brand Strategy More Important Than Ever

As AI commoditizes products, accelerates content, and reduces switching costs, sustainable differentiation is getting harder. The companies that win the next decade will be those whose brand gives customers a compelling reason to believe. Brand stops being communication and becomes the operating system for growth.

  • Brand as Strategy
Aligns product, pricing, CX and culture — not just campaigns.
  • Meaning Over Execution
AI democratizes content; trust and belief become the scarce resource.
  • Expanded CMO Mandate
From messaging owner to owner of differentiation across the enterprise.
How an engagement starts
01

A conversation

Thirty minutes on what you sell, who is buying it now, and where pipeline is coming from today. No deck.

02

The diagnostic

Two to three weeks, fixed fee. You get the ICP, the positioning and the plan in writing.

03

A decision

Run it with us, run it yourself, or stop. All three are normal outcomes and you keep the work.

No procurement process, no annual contract, and nobody will chase you.

Start with the diagnostic

Tell us what you sell and who is buying it.

If you are an infrastructure software company between $5M and $50M with a marketing team of fewer than five, this is a thirty-minute conversation with someone who has sold in your category. If we are not the right fit we will say so on that call.
